Terms of Service

ONYX is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Every account verifies date of birth at registration, and every creator additionally passes identity verification before earning. We may request evidence of age at any time and suspend accounts that cannot provide it.

Coins are a virtual currency purchased through our payment providers. Coins have no cash value until settled as creator earnings under the escrow model described in these terms.

When you confirm an interactive request, coins are reserved in escrow. Escrowed coins settle to the creator only when the action completes; they are returned to your balance automatically if the request is declined, expires or is cancelled under platform rules.

Purchases are final except where required by law or granted as refunds through declines, expirations, cancellations or dispute outcomes.

Creators receive 80% of the coin value of each completed action; ONYX retains a 20% platform fee covering payment processing, streaming infrastructure, and trust & safety operations.

Withdrawals are reviewed by trust operations (target: within 24 hours) and paid via the creator’s configured method. The minimum withdrawal is 500 coins.

All interactions must be consensual and non-explicit, and within our Community Guidelines. You may not use ONYX to solicit off-platform payments, harass participants, share the personal data of others, or misrepresent your identity.

Circumventing escrow, coordinating fraudulent refunds, or repeatedly abandoning paid interactions constitutes abuse and is addressed through our proportionate enforcement system — warnings, temporary restrictions, review, and where warranted account termination.

Buyers may open a dispute on accepted or completed transactions. Disputes are resolved by our trust team using the immutable transaction event timeline. Outcomes either refund the buyer from escrow or settle to the creator.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX is not liable for indirect damages. We may update these terms; material changes are notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
